The COVID-19 situation remains fluid, but IOLTA staff members are available to meet the needs of our Banking Partners and New Jersey Attorneys. For the safety of our employees and their families, we have shifted largely to a remote operation. Office presence is limited for the foreseeable future. Attorney online registration is fully operational. From the dropdown menu, simply click on “For Attorneys” then select “IOLTA Attorney Registration”. Instructions for the registration site can be found by clicking “How to Comply” and scrolling down to “Registration Instructions”.
On December 21, 2021 emails were sent to all law firms and law firm administrators with registration instructions. A Notice to the Bar was also published on December 21, 2021 regarding the 2022 IOLTA registration. Due to staggered staff presence and office hours, we cannot possibly answer all phone inquiries.
